Outside features include a huge 1300 sq ft covered wrap around deck that will make you feel like you just walked out into a treehouse with a gas grill, outdoor TV, 2 firepits, hot tub,  breathtaking views and trails for walking and biking.

60 private secluded acres with trails filled with wildlife and all nature has to offer.  Conveniently located 5 to 15 minutes away from State Parks like the Rock House, Conkles Hollow, Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave and Cantwell Cliffs.

COMFORT

A completely secluded, serene cozy log cabin sitting on 60 acres that was built with wood harvested from the property. This 2860 square foot 3 level cabin features at least one sleeping area per level. This cozy cabin has two large bedrooms (King on the first floor and a Queen in the loft bedroom), a third bedroom situated in an open area on its own floor with a futon, two full and one half baths, along with an additional futon in the loft area and a sleeper sofa in the open area to accommodate up to 10 guests. The full open kitchen and great room allows for a center point for gathering and complete relaxation. There is a large rec room with a pool table as well as a loft equipped for gaming, an office area serving all of your work from home needs overlooking all of the stunning views nature has to offer. You will feel like you are in a treehouse when you step out onto our 1255 square foot covered deck with  an outdoor TV.  Other features include free WIFI, 6 person hot tub, gas grill, gas and electric fireplaces, two firepits (Including one smokeless SOLO STOVE with FREE firewood) and 60 acres of private trails!​

NOTE!!!  Prices are based on Dynamic Pricing and the prices below are base prices setup through PriceLabs Dynamic Pricing.  Prices will vary based upon availability and other factors.  Please do a "mock booking" to see true price to book.

$250 refundable damage deposit due upon booking.
2 night minimum stay.
Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.  In some cases this MIGHT be adjustable.
Maximum occupancy 10 guests.
Rates based on 4 guests.  No visitor's allowed.  Additional guests $20 per night each. No charge for children under 2 years old.
Guests not on the rental agreement (beyond 4 guests) will be charged $100 per night each.
Must be 25 years of age to rent.  A valid photo ID is needed to complete booking.

Check-in after 4 pm.  
Check-out before  10 am.  The cleaning team will arrive promptly at 10am on the morning of check-out.  IN SOME CASES, the check-in and check-out times can be adjusted to your liking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee plus applicable processing fees for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.  There is a 50% cancellation fee made more than 14 days (and less than 30 days) prior to arrival.  No refunds for cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival date.


No Pets.  Fine of $250 and additional cleaning fees will be applied if pets are found on the premises'.  
No smoking inside cabin or in the woods.
Smoking permitted on front porch and yard area.
No hunting on property.
No ATV's or Side-by-Sides (Unless approved by ownership).
​No parties or gatherings of ANY KIND!!!
